Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Innovation & Product Development
- Drive the development of innovative, science-based crop nutrition solutions from concept to commercialization.
- Enhance existing formulations to improve efficacy, quality, scalability, and cost competitiveness.
- Ensure seamless technology transfer from laboratory to pilot and commercial manufacturing.
- Strategic R&D & Project Leadership
- Define and execute the R&D roadmap aligned with business priorities and emerging market needs.
- Lead cross-functional projects, manage resources efficiently, and ensure timely delivery of innovation milestones.
- Establish and strengthen world-class laboratory capabilities and advanced analytical infrastructure.
- Regulatory & Quality Excellence
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards, quality systems, and industry best practices.
- Oversee technical documentation, product dossiers, laboratory accreditations, and process governance.
- Trials, Validation & Commercial Success
- Direct scientifically robust laboratory, greenhouse, and multi-location field evaluations.
- Leverage data-driven insights to validate product performance and accelerate successful commercialization.
- Leadership & Capability Development
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, collaborative, and innovation-focused R&D team.
- Promote knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and continuous capability enhancement across functions.
- Strategic Collaboration
- Foster partnerships with research institutions, industry experts, and technology collaborators to accelerate innovation.
- Represent the organization at scientific forums, technical conferences, and industry platforms while tracking emerging technologies and market trends.
