This role leads end-to-end product design and development for advanced engineering solutions across manufacturing and next-generation technologies. The Design Head will drive multidisciplinary innovation spanning mechanical, electromechanical, electronics, embedded systems, sensors, and power architecture. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Lead multi-disciplinary design across mechanical, electronics, electromechanical, and sensing systems to drive system-level product architecture.

Integrate sensors, power electronics, embedded controls, and data acquisition systems into cohesive, high-reliability solutions.

Utilize advanced simulation and analysis tools (ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink, Abaqus, HyperWorks, FMEA) to validate designs.

Evaluate emerging technologies such as GNSS, LIDAR, RADAR, and IoT networks for product innovation.

Drive prototyping, testing, and design optimization to ensure manufacturability and field robustness.

Collaborate with manufacturing, software, and quality teams to ensure compliance with MIL-STD, ISO, and safety standards.

Mentor and develop teams in electronics, embedded systems, mechanical design, and hydrographic instrumentation.
Desired Candidate Profile:

12+ years of experience in product design, engineering development, and multidisciplinary innovation.

Strong technical foundation in mechanical, electronics, or systems engineering with hands-on design expertise.

Proficient in leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing complex product life cycles.

Skilled in modern design and simulation tools with a deep understanding of advanced sensors and embedded technologies.
