Our client seeks a visionary Full Stack Data Scientist to lead the full lifecycle of advanced AI/ML solutions, including LLMs and RAG-based models. The role works closely with senior leadership to transform innovative ideas into real-world impact, driving end-to-end pipeline development within a high-performing AI team. Collaborating with product leaders, data architects, and business stakeholders, the candidate will build production-grade systems that power intelligent automation and data-driven insights. Using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, WindSurf, and modern GenAI frameworks, this role offers the opportunity to create scalable, next-generation solutions shaping the future of intelligent decision-making.
Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
• Engineer and manage end-to-end data and AI/GenAI pipelines, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, training, and model deployment.
• Conduct data analysis, design effective prompts, and fine-tune LLMs for high-quality outputs.
• Integrate, productionize, and optimize LLM-driven solutions while supporting RAG pipelines for scalable inference.
• Perform ongoing LLM evaluations to ensure accuracy, relevance, and reliability.
• Build advanced dashboards and visualizations that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Leverage modern development tools—including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and WindSurf—to accelerate productivity.
• Design and maintain model monitoring systems and feedback loops to improve performance continuously.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in Generative AI, machine learning, and data science to apply relevant innovations.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML and GenAI methods, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding models.
• Experience with cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Solid understanding of databases, data lakes, and data warehouse architectures.
