• Overall years  of  Experience  Required:  8-10+ years of experience in Crop Protection Product or Category or Crop Management with a proven stint in portfolio growth. Experience in Product Management, Marketing at Head Office roles within the Crop Protection industry only
• Industry Preference: Crop Protection Industry
• Career Progression: Potential to grow into: Category Head – CP / National Product Lead / Business Unit Head (Inputs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute end-to-end Crop Protection strategy, focusing on revenue growth, portfolio optimization, and scalable market impact across diverse regions.
• Lead portfolio planning, pricing strategy, lifecycle management, and margin optimization for Insecticides, Herbicides, and Fungicides.
• Identify product gaps and opportunities, launching new products in collaboration with Regulatory, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Develop and implement GTM strategies to improve product visibility, farmer adoption, and distribution channel engagement nationwide.
• Conduct market analysis, track trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy aligns with market realities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in Crop Protection Product Management, with deep knowledge of Insecticides, Herbicides, and Fungicides. Proven experience in portfolio growth, new product launches, and GTM execution is essential. Must be data-driven, commercially astute, with strong stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and execution focus. Exposure to PAN India markets and diverse agri-climatic zones is required.
