Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across B2B channels, HoReCa, QSR, and international markets.

Lead client acquisition and manage key accounts with a strong focus on premium bakery ingredients and high-margin product lines.

Build and lead a high-performing sales team; establish performance systems, provide coaching, and ensure capability development.

Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing customer connect.

Oversee sales budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring resource efficiency and achievement of topline and bottom-line targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:

15+ years of leadership experience in sales and business development within Bakery, Food Service, or FMCG sectors.

Proven expertise in channel sales, key account management, and scaling businesses in India and international markets.

Strong business acumen with experience in planning, budgeting, and achieving aggressive growth targets.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive organizational transformation.
