About Job


Our client is seeking for an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to align their HR initiatives and functions with business objectives. The ideal candidate for this role should have minimum of 7-8 years of experience in handling various facets of HR organization for a medium sized manufacturing organization while directly reporting to the CEO or CHRO. This individual should have excellent communication style and maturity to handle various functional heads towards ably managing core HR functions like Talen Acquisition, Performance Management, Salary Benchmarking and Processing and Employee Engagement and Retention. Working on creating the right HR policies towards enabling attraction and retention of top talent will be the key deliverable of this individual.

Job Description


Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive Manpower Planning & Budgeting efforts for own business(es) and ensure staffing is within defined budgets
  • Acquisition of right talent to ensure on-time availability of manpower in accordance with business/function requirements.
  • Manage total rewards and recognition system for the business/function through streamlined implementation and administration of processes
  • Create a productive and engaging workplace by focusing on employee engagement and taking proactive steps towards the same – this will include rigor in both planning and in flawlessly executing engagement actions
  • Ensure HR compliance in terms of data & records management and upkeep is as per guidelines; ensure process rigor and compliance is maintained especially in cases such as Disciplinary Action, Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), and employee exits
  • Work closely with Admin and IT and Finance to ensure employee experience is of a high order; Should be willing to oversee/supervise local Admin staff to ensure Admin activities take place on time
  • Drive critical employee and HR management aspects such as communications, employee exit, and grievance redressal to facilitate a healthy & harmonious climate within the organization
