The client is seeking a high-energy, revenue-driven APAC Head to spearhead business growth, build strong distributor networks, drive product penetration, and establish Client as the preferred brand across the APAC region (Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand (Bangkok), Australia, and Singapore). This leadership role demands a dynamic business builder with deep market networks in the APAC region, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record of scaling food/FMCG/B2B ingredient businesses.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Own revenue and P&L for APAC operations, driving both top-line and bottom-line growth.

Develop and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across all APAC markets.

Introduce high-margin product portfolios and implement pricing strategies to enhance profitability.

Design and execute market expansion strategies across B2B, B2C, HoReCa, industrial bakeries, and distributor networks.

Identify new business opportunities, category gaps, and emerging trends to grow regional market share.

Lead country-specific growth plans with measurable KPIs and revenue milestones.

Appoint, evaluate, and manage distributors while ensuring effective demand planning and supply continuity.

Build relationships with key accounts including bakery chains, hypermarkets, food manufacturers, hotels, and central kitchens.

Lead branding, marketing initiatives, product launches, chef-led trials, and events to strengthen brand positioning.

Build, mentor, and lead commercial and technical teams, fostering a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven track record in delivering revenue growth and setting up new business verticals or markets.

Strong network with distributors, bakers, chefs, purchase heads, and retail partners in the APAC region.

Exceptional skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.

Experience managing regional offices or capability centers is advantageous.
