- Reporting to: Executive Director; interfaces regularly with Board of Directors and top management for strategic alignment

- Education/Qualification: Agri graduate, preferably with Agronomy/Soil Science specialization, MBA Agri Business preferred for enhanced management perspective
- Overall years of Experience Required: Minimum 20 years in Agri-Inputs industry (Seed), with 5 years in senior leadership role [Extensive experience in seeds industry including proven leadership and business strategy execution for sustained growth].
- Industry Preference: Seeds, Agri-Inputs, Research Hybrids, Crop Solutions, and related agricultural innovation sectors

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual business planning, build product roadmaps, pricing strategies to drive brand-led and product mix-led growth in seeds.
- Institutionalize new product development, refine go-to-market capabilities, and maximize farmer-centric branding and market penetration.
- Ensure supply reliability, strengthen forecasting, CRM, SOPs, lead cost optimization and fulfillment planning for operational efficiency.
- Inspire and lead cross-functional teams, foster high-performance culture, manage change, and improve team productivity and accountability.
- Strengthen vendor networks, engage farmers, liaise with government bodies ensuring sustained market presence and partnership growth.
