Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy, driving growth, market share, and revenue across the dairy beverage segment.
- Establish, scale, and optimize distribution networks in General Trade, ensuring maximum reach and coverage.
- Lead retail execution, merchandising, visibility initiatives, and region-specific route-to-market strategies for effective market penetration.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, implementing training, performance management, and capability-building programs.
- Monitor sales performance, coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct market visits, track competitors, and foster long-term distributor and partner relationships.

Proven sales leader with experience in dairy or FMCG beverages, strong GT/MT distribution knowledge, team-building expertise, analytical mindset, market strategy acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills to drive growth, mentor teams, and foster distributor and partner relationships.
