Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Corporate HR initiatives across global business units, aligning HR strategies with organizational growth objectives.

Drive post-acquisition HR integration and cultural unification across international entities.

Design and implement enterprise-level talent strategies, leadership development frameworks, and organizational design transformations.

Develop and manage global compensation & benefits structures in collaboration with external consultants and legal teams.

Oversee end-to-end digitization of the HR lifecycle to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Partner with business heads on plant expansion/commissioning, capability building, and large-scale hiring.

Lead ESG-linked CSR and CER initiatives aligned with sustainability and community development.

Deliver HR analytics and governance reports to board and audit committees on key HR metrics
