We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Planning & Strategy to lead the organization’s long-term business strategy, brand positioning, market forecasting, and planning initiatives. This role is responsible for enhancing brand equity, optimizing OEM partnerships, driving profitability, and ensuring cross-functional strategic alignment across the business.

Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:

    • Formulate and implement long-term and mid-term corporate strategies to drive sustainable growth.

    • Align business objectives with cross-functional plans to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.

    • Lead annual budget planning and quarterly reforecasting cycles.

  • Brand & Product Strategy:

    • Define and execute brand strategy to build equity, differentiation, and customer loyalty.

    • Drive product positioning, packaging, and lifecycle strategy aligned with market trends and OEM inputs.

    • Collaborate with OEMs for coordinated product roadmap planning.

  • Pricing & Revenue Management:

    • Design and implement pricing strategies across segments and channels.

    • Ensure revenue optimization through competitive positioning and sales programs.

  • Market Insights & Forecasting:

    • Analyze market trends and intelligence to develop forecasting models.

    • Monitor competitive landscape and consumer insights to influence business decisions.

  • Supply Chain & Planning Oversight:

    • Oversee demand planning and inventory control from factory to customer delivery.

    • Ensure efficient coordination across production, logistics, and supply chain functions.

  • Customer Relationship & Engagement:

    • Develop customer engagement processes to enhance satisfaction and retention (CSI/NPS).

    • Drive initiatives to improve communication strategies across digital and offline touchpoints.

  • People & Organization Development:

    • Lead capability building, succession planning, and coaching initiatives across the strategy function.

    • Foster a performance-driven and collaborative work culture.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, IT, and Customer Service teams.

    • Champion strategic projects and business transformation initiatives.
