Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Acceleration: Drive topline growth by reviving high-potential business verticals such as public procurement and large institutional engagements, leveraging deep market and tendering insights.

Business Partnering & Culture Shift: Lead the transformation of the finance team’s mindset from a traditional, compliance-driven approach to a proactive, insights-led, business partnering role that adds measurable value across functions.

Route-to-Market Strategy Execution: Play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a modernized, scalable Route-to-Market (RTM) framework, ensuring financial viability, commercial alignment, and operational scalability.
