S/He will play a pivotal role in orchestrating cost optimization, digital transformation, sustainability, and governance practices while aligning with broader business imperatives. This role demands an agile mind, a bias for innovation, and a collaborative spirit to influence outcomes across Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Engineering functions.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Roadmapping: Spearhead the design and implementation of a holistic 3-year strategic roadmap in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, targeting process enhancements and operational cost reductions.

Operational Transformation: Drive plant-level transformation programs, achieving significant improvements such as a 12% reduction in manufacturing cost through initiatives like HPU optimization and world-class energy efficiency programs.

Optimization & Automation: Champion smart manufacturing through strategic outsourcing, low-cost automation, and consumables optimization—setting new benchmarks in industrial performance.

Digital Innovation Leadership: Lead the conceptualization and execution of an advanced digitalization roadmap, pioneering computer vision technologies within production processes, delivering cost savings exceeding INR 100 million.

Governance & Compliance: Establish and reinforce robust frameworks for Anti-Trust compliance and Board-level governance during high-stakes corporate transitions, including shareholding restructures.

Strategic Model Development: Serve as a core contributor to the development of new product strategies, successfully catalyzing global investment inflows amounting to $600M and earning accolades like the prestigious Global Nissan President’s Award.
