With 17+ years of semiconductor experience, the ideal candidate will champion secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure solutions—balancing performance, cost, and usability. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic technology roadmaps, and partner with stakeholders to enable best-in-class New Product Introduction (NPI) execution. Job Description
As Chief Product Owner of EDA License & Hardware Design Infrastructure, S/he will be at the forefront of enabling cutting-edge semiconductor R&D operations. The role will focus on architecting and managing a high-performance, secure, and cost-optimized hardware design environment across both on-premises and cloud platforms. S/He will collaborate closely with engineering, IT, and external partners to continuously evolve the EDA environment in alignment with business needs and innovation goals. This is a highly strategic role that combines technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and visionary leadership in support of next-generation chip design.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive the roadmap for EDA license management and hardware design infrastructure strategy.

Lead and manage secure R&D IT environments for semiconductor hardware design—on-premises and in AWS Cloud.

Oversee provisioning and optimization of compute and licensing resources to maximize performance and cost-efficiency.

Implement data-driven solutions to resolve complex issues within EDA environments.

Design and execute highly efficient HPC solutions tailored for EDA workloads.

Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in infrastructure and services.

Ensure seamless integration and functionality of EDA tools across engineering teams.

Champion the implementation of scalable, user-friendly environments balancing security, performance, and usability.

Mentor and grow high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and ownership.

Align product development efforts with NPI milestones and long-term R&D strategy.

Drive compliance, monitoring, and governance for all infrastructure services related to EDA.
