Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Partnership

  • Collaborate with the MD and Leadership Team to align HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.

  • Lead the transformation of HR into a proactive, strategic function that drives business results.

Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent across all levels.

  • Oversee performance management systems that promote a culture of accountability and high performance.

  • Champion leadership development programs to build a robust internal pipeline for future leadership roles.

Organizational Development & Culture

  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Cultivate a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's mission and values.

  • Lead change management efforts to support organizational growth and adaptability.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote efficiency and legal compliance.

  • Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.

  • Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 18+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven track record in managing HR functions in large, multicultural organizations.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and emerging HR technologies.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
