Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Partnership

Collaborate with the MD and Leadership Team to align HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.

Lead the transformation of HR into a proactive, strategic function that drives business results.
Talent Acquisition & Management

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent across all levels.

Oversee performance management systems that promote a culture of accountability and high performance.

Champion leadership development programs to build a robust internal pipeline for future leadership roles.
Organizational Development & Culture

Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Cultivate a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's mission and values.

Lead change management efforts to support organizational growth and adaptability.
HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.

Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote efficiency and legal compliance.

Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

18+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record in managing HR functions in large, multicultural organizations.

Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and emerging HR technologies.
