We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources professional to lead and manage all aspects of the HR function across multiple divisions. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning & Budgeting:
Develop and implement the annual HR plan and budget in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency. -
Organizational Capability & Talent Acquisition:
Understand departmental requirements to prepare organizational charts (OC) and recruit talent in line with timelines and workforce needs. -
Onboarding & Induction:
Oversee the seamless induction of new hires into the organization, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with company values and expectations. -
Employee Feedback & Development:
Conduct regular feedback sessions and design development programs to enhance employee performance, engagement, and career growth. -
Performance Management:
Drive the timely execution of performance appraisals across divisions. Facilitate the setting of annual KPIs and ensure consistent review mechanisms. -
Succession Planning & Talent Management:
Identify high-potential employees and build a robust succession pipeline to ensure leadership continuity and operational stability at all levels. -
Organizational Development & Culture:
Promote a culture of discipline, continuous improvement, and innovation. Strengthen organizational values and HR processes to support long-term growth. -
Employee Welfare & Engagement:
Plan and implement welfare initiatives and engagement activities to boost morale and foster a supportive work environment. -
Divisional HR Operations:
Monitor and ensure effective execution of HR activities at the divisional level, maintaining alignment with central HR policies. -
Industrial Relations & Compliance:
Maintain harmonious industrial relations across divisions. Address grievances effectively and implement strategies to motivate and retain staff.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, preferably across multiple divisions or business units

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change

Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities
