Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Management

• Lead the formulation and execution of annual and midterm business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Quality Assurance, Supplier Development, and Delivery functions.

Supplier Quality & Development

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies across the supply chain, utilizing PDCA and CAP-Do frameworks to enhance performance.
• Ensure robust resolution of market claims and rapid deployment of countermeasures to prevent reoccurrence.
• Evaluate and verify suppliers' mass production readiness, especially during start of production (SOP) and new model launches.

New Product Development & Launch

• Define development strategies for new models, encompassing design, sourcing, tooling, and Quality Assurance Validation (QAV).
• Monitor and evaluate product development progress to ensure timely and smooth launches with high-quality deliverables.

Supply Chain & Capacity Planning

• Drive supplier capacity planning and annual inventory control to meet forecasted production demands efficiently.
• Mitigate risk through proactive crisis management and implementation of preventive measures.

Localization & Cost Optimization

• Promote raw material localization, component VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering), and cost optimization initiatives to support profitability and local sourcing goals.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives by introducing new ideas, tools, and methodologies to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Cultivate an environment that encourages innovation and excellence in execution.

Team Leadership & Culture Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across multiple functions.
• Foster a culture of fair challenge, mutual respect, and teamwork to drive employee satisfaction and sustained performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Over two decades of progressive experience in supplier quality, development, and delivery, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, quality frameworks (PDCA, CAP-Do), and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong track record of successful product launches and operational transformation.
• Committed to people development, cultural excellence, and continuous improvement.
