Job Description
Major Responsibilities:

Achieve Regional Sales Targets- Execute the company’s sales plan to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals.

Drive Sales Execution- Implement daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities aligned with national objectives.

Manage Sales Pipeline & Forecasts- Maintain accurate sales tracking, pipeline progression, and forecast accuracy.

Recruit and Build High-Performing Teams- Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Area Business Managers and frontline sales professionals.

Coach and Develop Sales Teams- Conduct performance evaluations and structured training to improve capabilities.

Enhance CRM Adoption- Promote CRM (Salesforce preferred) use for effective tracking and reporting.

Lead Key Account Management- Build strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including hospital administrators and surgeons.

Drive Private and Government Sales- Execute initiatives in both private hospitals and public healthcare institutions.

Expand Market Presence- Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and partnerships in Maharashtra, Goa, and Gujarat.

Ensure Compliance and Quality Standards- Adhere to internal company policies and external healthcare/medical device regulations.

Optimize Sales Operations- Improve processes and operational efficiency by working cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, and customer service.

Strategic Data-Driven Decision Making- Analyze sales data to optimize performance, strategy, and resource allocation.

Monitor Competitor Activities- Gather competitive intelligence to refine go-to-market strategies and stay ahead.

Drive Brand Visibility- Participate in marketing events, industry conferences, and customer engagement programs.

Report to Leadership- Provide timely updates, regional performance insights, and business forecasts to the National Sales Head.
