About Job


The Client company is seeking to onboard a top-notch strategic professional as NSM to lead strong Sales team. S/He should have MSc. /MBA professionals with 15+ years of experience in vegetable seeds. Responsible to deliver the Turnover. Ability to create strong teams in all departments with low attrition and train / coach them well. Should be able to develop connections in the industry to source veg products and negotiate with the suppliers
