Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Business Ownership & P&L Management: Take full accountability for the Profit & Loss of a large, multi-crop agri-business, ideally with a proven track record of managing or growing businesses with revenues over Rs 300+ crores.

Leadership & Team Building: Inspire and lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality Control to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Growth Mindset & Strategic Vision: Drive the business forward with a clear vision for scaling operations, entering new markets, and launching innovative products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly across departments to ensure alignment, efficiency, and execution excellence.

Operational Excellence: Balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational management to ensure business objectives are met with high standards.
